- This DVD was originally scheduled to be released on the 14th but was brought forward to the 7th for unknown reasons.
- The initial release of this DVD had a major error on it: Episode 52 "The End Of Hazar's World" was missing from Disc 3 and had Episode 22 "Nerok Scores Big" in it's place instead! The error was caused by WEP sending Madman a master of Episode 52, which was labelled as such, but containing the wrong episode. Madman failed to notice the mistake until the day before the DVD was released. Madman have made fixed copies of the disc with the correct copy of Episode 52 on them. If you have a faulty copy of Disc 3 and want a fixed copy, email Madman at order@madman.com.au and request a replacement copy. Fixed copies will sport a small red star next to the Madman logo on the disc label.
